My name is Quieonna and I am a financial analyst by day and an avid reader by night. As a child I always had my head in a book and it was hard to pull me away from my reading to do anything. In a way I am still like that, if I am reading a good book it can be hard for me to put it down until I’m finished. While I am working I listen to audible books and when I am not working I am more than likely laid up on my couch or in my reading chair with a book or my iPad reading on my kindle app.

I read books by black authors whether they are a self published author or have the backing of a publishing company. Through the years I have found myself connecting more with people in the stories who look and talk like me and I like to support my people PERIOD!

I read short stories, novellas, and novels. I mostly read romance and urban fiction but have been getting more into paranormal, fantasy, and suspense genres as well. I also read non-fiction as I enjoy learning new things.
