Santa Baby by Cassandra B.
Synopsis: Cartier and Berkleigh were childhood best friends but 5 years ago they had a fight and their friendship ended. Their husbands are tired of the drama and are determined to get the ex best friends to see they are all better together.
Opinion: Listen I don’t know what I expected but it wasn’t this. While this was a quick read there was so much emotion in these 46 pages and I was here for it. Poor Cartier was holding on to so much pain, I wont lie her story had me in tears. I could also relate to Berkleigh she appeared to have it all too but was missing something else that made her happy.
I knew this was a short but I wanted more lol. I wanted more of Nate and Nick who put down their foot and said enough was enough (that was sexy to me). Aunt Ethel was funny all in other people business. I need more lol.
I will be exploring this authors catalog next year as this was my first read by Cassandra B and I enjoyed her writing style. Great emotional Christmas story about friendship and reconciliation.
