Jane is traveling for work when she meets Nigel who she just couldn’t resist so she invites him to her room for a one night stand. Only problem is Jane couldn’t stop thinking about Nigel when she got home. Her quarterly work trips back to New York leads her back in bed with Nigel and eventually in love. 

Lawd Jane and Nigel were hot y’all. I was definitely here for the one night stand turned love story. This was a very fast passed read, but I didn’t feel like I was missing out on any personal details. This was really written about the time Jane spend with Nigel each quarter so there was no in between and I actually enjoyed that. 

So far my read through Nicole Falls catalog is not disappointing me at all.

Ebonee went through a divorce and a bad breakup so the last thing she wanted was another relationship especially not one with her your brothers best friend. Floyd however was not willing to let his childhood crush get away again, it didn’t matter to him that she was 10 years older and with two kids, he wanted Ebonee period.

This friends and lovers series has been hot. Ebonee and Floyds chemistry was so hot I could feel it from their interactions. Ebonee was definitely on her Stella got her groove back and I was here for it. I loved how Floyd stepped up and got Ebonee together when she tried to exclude him from decisions and helping her. Gotta love a man who will come in and help a woman with her kids without being asked. This was a quick read but as usual Nicole is the Novella Queen so I was left wanting more because the story was good but it wasn’t incomplete.
