Lumee and Judah have a long distance relationship and although it’s hard on them they both are committed to making their marriage work. Lumee is used to Judah’s frequent travel for work but this Christmas she is determined to see her family, Judah’s family, and get a little alone time with her man while he is off work for the holidays. Judah on the other hand just wants to be with his wife, his childhood has taken the joy of Christmas away from him so he wants nothing to do with going to see his family but cant ever seem to say no to Lumee.

Lumee and Judah had so much love for each other and all they really wanted was to enjoy the holidays together. Their lack of communication had them at odds with each other. Lumee did everything in her power to make Judah happy and they both had good intentions just failed to properly communicate.

This was such a good read and a good break away from the traditional stories I read of couples falling in love. This was a married couple in love working through their issues and I loved it.

This was my first Ash Ley read and I will definitely be checking out more of her work.
